The voucher will be emailed directly to your email address, ready to print out or forward on – or you can choose to have a physical voucher posted to the address provided.
How do they book with a gift voucher?
Recipients are asked to book in advance and mention that they will be using a gift voucher when they make their reservation. If their bill is higher than the voucher value, they simply pay the difference. If it is lower, any remaining balance is handled in line with the hotel’s voucher policy.
